Create Delivery Note

This endpoint creates a delivery note for selected shipments. Delivery notes are used to close out a batch of shipments and generate the necessary documentation for courier pickup or drop-off.

Key features:

  • Creates delivery notes for multiple shipments from different couriers
  • Generates courier-specific documents (pickup manifests, drop-off forms)
  • Supports both courier pickup and drop-off methods
  • Returns base64-encoded PDF documents for each courier
  • Validates pickup dates and handles blacklisted dates
  • Automatically calculates pickup fees where applicable

Pickup Requirements:

  • Pickup date must be a working day (Monday-Friday)
  • If requesting pickup after 15:30 (3:30 PM), the earliest pickup date is 2 business days ahead
  • Cannot request pickup on blacklisted dates (holidays, etc.)
  • Weekend requests must be for Tuesday or later

Courier-Specific Notes:

  • MPL: Can request pickup or drop-off at post office. Pickup fee applies if fewer than 4 shipments
  • Packeta: Drop-off only at Z-Points
  • FamaFutar: Pickup required
  • GLS, DPD: Can schedule pickup or just generate the delivery not if the courier pickup is handled separately

Response:

  • Returns delivery note with documents for each courier
  • Each document includes a base64-encoded PDF
  • Successfully processed shipments are marked with the delivery note ID
  • Failed shipments are reported with error details
